Quality Process

We use both our sophisticated Aberlink CMM and traditional methods of inspection in a fully temperature controlled environment; work is inspected at all stages of manufacture and upon completion, prior to delivery to our customers.

At this stage of "100% final inspection" we can, if requested, provide not only "first article inspection reports" but complete records of all drawing sizes for any component produced in a production run. Our commitment to customer manufacture and inspection requirements means that we currently hold over 400 instruments and gauges to ensure accuracy within the business.

All quality control procedures are documented as part of our AS9100 Rev D and ISO9001 accreditation.
