We work closely with all our clients to ensure that everything goes to plan, including consulting at the design phase and advice on material suitability when required. Often by taking this approach we can discuss methods and materials with our customers that offer both cost and production time saving options.

We understand that for many of our customers, these two sectors have a requirement for ultra hard materials including titanium, cobalt, maraging and stainless steels. Monad Precision Engineering are highly experienced in working with these materials and throughout the machining process our inspectors rigorously check the quality levels of our work and, on completion, undertake detailed inspections of everything we produce prior to customer delivery.
